Potential Meets Legacy (PMLegacy LLC) is a leadership development company focusing on the performance of athletes between the ages of 16 and 22. Our objective is to improve on-field success and long-term achievement through a dynamic curriculum and proactive approach in the off-the-field progress of both athletes & coaches. Our focus is on mental skill awareness and leadership proficiency and our overwhelming value is our commitment to the message and the depth / experience of our presenters.

Designed to empower the athlete to become a leader of tomorrow, our process is implemented through a 24-step action plan and 12-step performance strategy called The 6th Tool: Elite Mentor Series; uniting the comfort of social media and mobile communication with a persuasive action plan of learning. Ulitmately, we offer a unique and measurable benefit in the cultivation and refinement of individual excellence for organizational success. We specialize in transforming an athlete's potential into a lasting LEGACY.
